I asked politely for grape jam after picking up my order, and the older lady at the front told me I had to order it on the kiosk (it’s not even an option). When I tried to explain that, she brushed me off like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Then I overheard her laughing about it with another worker. Really unprofessional and disappointing attitude over something so simple.
My order came out missing items. Had to wait just shy of 11 minutes at the register before someone saw fit to see what I needed. Customers were walking out as I waited. This is all too common at McDonald’s now. If you’re not in the drive thru you don’t exist.
There is an employee there named Tony that I had a very bad interaction with yesterday on Sunday October 5th 2025 inthe morning. I had a deal code for buy one breakfast sandwich and get one free so i assumed its any breakfast sandwiches and get a bagel sandwich and he gets smart with me and says you can get bagel sandwiches with that code. I said ok then give me a sausage egg mcmuffun and a regular egg mcmiuffin and charge me forthe bagel sandwich. I remember when you went to McDonald's for fast service because you were in a hurry. Not at this location. Service was so slow it was ridiculous, it took 20 minutes to get my is order. I won't be going back anytime soon
