Kenny in the drive-thru is the core reason I’m giving this McDonald’s five stars. The food was good, the fries were hot, but Kenny? Kenny was phenomenal. This man somehow turned ordering a McDouble and a large Coke into a five-star customer service experience. Friendly, funny, and genuinely made the drive-thru feel like I was catching up with an old friend instead of ordering fast food. McDonald’s needs to protect Kenny at all costs.
