I’ve really enjoyed the staff here. Service is great and food is mostly very delicious.
I place an order, got a notification that the order was canceled. I call them to ask what happen, a lady answer. I told her what happened, she hang up the call on me. I keep calling back and no one pick up. Now I dont know what to do. Worst customer service ever.
The food was fresh. Fast delivery. No complaints.
Poor Customer Service We prefer to stay away from this McDonald’s because something is clearly wrong with the service. One night, we came inside and were told to leave because only the drive-thru was open. We went back to our car and used the drive-thru, but the staff kept saying they were “out of this” and “out of that,” and even told us to go somewhere else.
