I’ve given the McDonald’s on Mission Street in Wenatchee multiple chances, and unfortunately the customer service continues to be some of the worst I’ve experienced at any fast-food restaurant. The employees seem far more interested in talking to each other and focusing exclusively on the drive-thru than helping the customers standing directly in front of them at the counter. Horribly managed since someone else took over. I waited 30 minutes for my curbside order and Abby needs to be retrained. I did not feel valued as a paying customer. I tried to get a GM to call me but they don’t care.
