If your store is busy you might want to do a couple things for the customers. I was there this evening around 5:30pm and there are two lines completely full for the drive in. I chose to go inside. Below are the two things that should be standard operating procedures 1) Serve a hot meal that is still warm when you eat 10 minutes later 2) Do not ignore the guest and have the employee be taken care of 1st while there is a line 10 deep. 3) letting the employees hang out at the counter waiting on their food in front of the guest.... read more
Food was fresh, but i asked for buffalo and was given ranch? I ordered to go and I already gotten home and opened up my food…next time I definitely will be checking my bag.
