I had a McDonald’s drink cup from an earlier visit that I needed to throw away before taking the new drinks. Drive through would not take it just to throw away. I get not taking just random trash but their own products? Poor service.

We order 2 times a week from this store, and I use the app. Im not sure what is happening because if I order 2 meals that have nuggets and use my points to get a free 6 piece inevitably on of the nuggets dont make it into the bag.. then when I call to try to get some help no one ever answers the phone. And they shuve all you entire food into one bag so to sit there and pull everything out to make sure you got tbe food you ordered and paid for would take a long time. I usually order breakfast for curbside. The last two times, I waited for it to come out. After 15 minutes, it didn't. I had to go in to get it. The second time this happened, I tried to get the food runner to hand me my food because he was about to go outside to run food, and he blew me off and referred me to someone else. It was right in front of him. 😑 Just now, I ordered dinner. Got the notification that it's on its way. Waited 15 minutes. Go inside. It's on their counter again, apparently ready. Never come to this McDonald's on blanco.went through drive through . I asked the young man to give me a minute. He was so rude he wouldn't takemy order. He just ignored me.Told him I couldn't hear him.He kept talking in a low voice. Still ordered food. Management needs to to address his rude attitude. Millennial's don't respect any one. I won't be stopping at this McDonald's ever again!!!!
