Absolutely atrocious service at this McDonald’s. I placed my order on a Friday night, expecting standard fast food timing — but instead, I waited 45 minutes and never even got my food. Waited 30 mins for someone to come to the drive thru. Placed an order for mocha frappe and a sprite. Went up to the window - cashier proceeds to tell me mocha frappe machine is down and I said it’s fine just give me the sprite.
