Bro I’m more annoyed than mad but I ordered my breakfast before 10:30 online and when I got there I was told they don’t have it. Then I was told that even if I order my breakfast before 10:30, if I don’t show up by 10:30 then they will automatically cancel my order. I was craving my food and they cancelled it when I got there. I’m very confused with the whole ordeal.
Fast drive-thru
Location is 24 hours and when I get there at 3:31 AM Employees never answer to take my order when I was at the drive-through I go and pass by the window and all the employees they are at the front talking around and just one working at the playground, mopping and cleaning. Thank you for the customer service
I put in a pick up order through the app. When I got up to the window they said they didn’t have my order. So I showed them my receipt and also showed them my bank app and where it charged me. They said I had to refund the order and reorder but never explain why. But there was no way to refund it. So after going back and forth and the manger being super rude to me they finally made my food. I felt like they were accusing me of trying to steal food?
