Whoever was running curbside tonight (12/2 at 8pm) was terrible. Brought a drink with no ice. When asked NICELY if we could get ice in it, was told they’re out of ice despite our other drink having it. Also missing sauces in order (2 ranch)
If you come to this McDonalds, expect to wait a good amount of time till you get your order. Also expect to get your order wrong. The lady with the suit (some kind of manager ) was not leading by example. Being on the phone talking to your “comadre” while in the middle of rush hour and while talking to customers is unacceptable and unprofessional for a “manager”. Place is not busy. But waited quite a while before someone noticed me standing at the register. Finally ordered had time to read my book”Letters to Katherine “ by Shelley Sam’s. A great read. Waited 20 minutes to get my food. When they brought it to me the guy apologized they forgot me. Food was cold.
The place OK but run down. High amount of customers causes drab overall .
It always takes about 20 min to get my order and the dining room is absolutely disgusting. I would make this McDonald's your last choice. They are always "short staffed". *Always check your food it may be cold or wrong 9 out of 10 times
