Seemed like there was too much communication in the kitchen that's all. The kid helping us was on his phone and stuff. Took like 20 minutes to get the food out, and it was only a few people inside the restaurant. I dont want to say they weren't busy because I know they got the drive-thru to take care of as well....but still. You can tell when people are just on autopilot you know? Every time I go here I am highly disappointed. Poor management, no sone use of urgency, and horrible customer service every time.
Fries are not fresh and this location does not have any frappe.
This McDs has THE WORST customer service! People come in and they don't acknowledge their presence! My bf went in because I mobile ordered just one coffee and it wasn't ready. No one came to see if he needed anything. An older gentleman who doesn't know how to use the self checkout was never even asked if he needed help ordering and my boyfriend had to help him.
