This morning I was here to do an order at the drive thru and this woman that I didn't even get the name of I asked her all nice if she talked Spanish and all she kept saying was "may I help you" multiple times with an attitude so I went inside and it was the same situation smh it's always the people from morning shift.
Asked to add 2 McFlurrys to my order at window and was told no I would need to go around. A restaurant driven by metrics yet forgetting the most important one, customer service means more profit. Never will be back here. Let them keep their drive thru window times. Maybe it will drive in more sales being quick and rushing at order taking. Poor leadership from the top allows this. This place is by far thee worst McDonald's in San Antonio, will not get all your monopoly tags here, they will refuse to give you them all. These people are unhealthy and lazy. Gotta shut this place down. Money isn't worth peoples trust in a location that isn't being honest in its work. This place is a disease to this naborhood. Can try restaffing but untill you get new management. Nothing will change.
do not go here. Nah not happen to everyone but the monopoly thing going on? These workers will take it off your cup, give you another cup, and take the monopoly tag, someone's trying to come up over there at the expense of the customers.
