The food and service were great, but the play area needs a deep cleaning. A surface spray isn’t enough—regular, thorough sanitation is essential for kids’ safety. I urge management to implement a proper cleaning schedule or hire additional services. To the franchise owner: Would you let your own children play here? Investing in cleanliness is investing in their well-being. Please make this a priority.

GO TO TACO BELL! I wish I could recommend this place, since it has the last Indoor Playplace in Silicon Valley. I can't, however, because it is always too cold, regardless of whether it's the hottest day or the coldest day outdoors. Even worse, their last rebuild went out of their way to put in the most uncomfortable seating they could find!
