Very rude stuff

I ordered combo 2 large. I asked for the quarter pounder to be a deluxe with bacon and cheese. Apparently, this time, they couldn't do it. I also asked the fries to be well done. It wasn't. They no longer have caramel sundaes. Lastly, their soda machine wasn't working, so I went to the counter for a refill. One of the workers saw me and ignored me. Another worker was behind the divider, on her phone. It took 5 minutes for someone to bring me a refill. I spent $30 for my son and I to have lunch and it wasn't worth it
