I recently visited a McDonald's location and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon entering, the restaurant seemed understaffed, leading to long waits both at the counter and for food preparation. The staff appeared rushed and inattentive, which made the ordering process feel chaotic and stressful.
McRib being almost six bucks is kind of lame. It lacked some strong taste, and in paying extra for extra onions, I expected true extra onions not a teaspoon total. Update March 29, 2025: wanted to try the BBQ Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese ( Angel Reese special) that showed online until I got to the store, and it's been discontinued. Bummer. Ordered a regular Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with Extra mustard Pickle and onions. Had to pay for extra onions, and I swear the person prepping my order hates onions! Extra??!!!... read more
This McDonald's had a two-lane order. We went on the second lane. They took a long time to take our order. They took the order on the first Lane. Three cars went ahead of us until we kept calling them on the intercom to help us when we went to the window to pay the girl was rude to us maybe because we complained
