Was excited the Mc Rib is back. Missed out last time they were available so I decided to get me one. Was left standing at the register for a few minutes. So I decide to try the order kiosk. Must be me but I couldn't customize my order. So again I was left standing at the register while employees looked at me but did not acknowledge me. Worse McDonald’s I been too. The service was horrible, the attitude was even worse. The young manager had a smart mouth. I order on the kiosk and they give out no sauce in my order. Halloween time and they give out a bucket instead of a toy that I ordered on the kiosk. Why give options if you’re just gonna give what they want to give. Drive through is always long and I seen a lot of people standing around making food that’s already pre heated and still can’t get orders out in time or right.
