Took out the menu board and are forcing the kiosk use. Can't see pictures of options unless you are using the kiosk so you have to wait until someone is done and of course one machine was broken. Also they don't offer refills and the drinks are 40 cents more than other McDonald's.
Pretty much, my order was wrong. So why I only have 1 star because why give more that 1 if you failed to do the one thing needed. We all know what we expect from this place
We spent 45 minutes in the drive thru line, 45 MINUTES!!! When we finally got to the window to pay, my wife asked what the hold up was. The kid working the window proceeded to get a slick mouth with my wife, “What are you so upset about? You act like I’m the one making the food!” He continued to argue his point when a simple, “I apologize for the wait, there’s only 3 of us working today,” would have been fine.
