I tried ordering some food. I ordered 3 spicy Rap. I asked for it fresh. The sandwich maker, the register operator and another employee was upset because I asked from the very beginning to make my food fresh. I told them I would wait for it. They had an attitude like I’m asking them to do something else other than make my food the way I asked for it. It’s bad enough that I’m paying you for food and service but that was unnecessary. I come here 3-4 times a month and have yet to have a bad experience, food is always hot without any mistakes to my order. The lady that works early morning is always the sweetest, the one single time they forgot my coffee I went back in and they already had it ready saying they forgot it, where human things happen. Best McDonald’s in the area!
Ordered for a family of 5, 3 kids meals and 2 other items. Lady kept looking me dead in the eye and saying "you'll have to go to drive thru spot 3 for your HUGE order" Then she brought it out with an attitude and said, "heres your HUGE order" It was a standard family size order. It was around 12pm-1pm on this date Whoever is there getting offended over a normal sized order, Id get a grip.
