This been an issue for over 3 months now that they don't wanna greet customers. For me to go out my way to leave a review then it's really bad. I feel sorry for the employees that gotta listen to their boss. Now I understand why people be on the news. They don't know how to talk to people.
Order 1629 - on 12/09/2025 0525PM - 5 items missing from order - called the restaurant as directed to resolve. Rang for 6 minutes then hang up - called again - rang for 4 minutes then a hang up. 1 star for food since we didn’t have it completed and delivered properly as ordered and paid for. Service 1 star since no one could assist as directed by ordering within the application help tab. 1 star for atmosphere due to the amount of incompetence within managing a very simplistic order.
