Got a Sausage gravy biscuit combo that cost $9.81 and it didn't even have enough gravy to cover the biscuit. Mcdonald's!! Stop being stingy with the gravy!! June 10, 2026..... Got a sausage gravy biscuit from McDonald's in Hillsborough and it was done right. Mebane's is on top and Hillsborough is on the bottom....Mebane....ya'll need to take note!!
