First ever experience at McDonald's in 20 plus years of eating at McDonald's. Reid (guy with dreads) was the worst ever. He was rude. I had issues with the app. When I came to the window, they claimed they didn't see the second order. I have him both order numbers and showed him that my card was already charged twice. He then rang up another order and charged me. When I saw the receipt plus I saw the alert. I told him that he charged me again. I had 3 different charges. He became irrational. Stopped here to dine in with my dad. Great service, hot food. Older woman brought us our food to the table which was amazing. Super friendly and caring. Overall best McDonald's experience I've had
I went through the drive thru, it was very slow,when I got to the window to receive my order there were 4 young kids laughing and joking, and had to ask me what I ordered, then didn't give me my entire order,when I got home I found that the food was cold and very poorly made ,McDonald's is already not good but cold too yuck..I will not go back...you've been warned.....
