There was a problem with their shack machine. When we informed the manager that the milkshake did not taste straight, she got very snippy of me and says, well, what does it taste like then. They did refund the milkshake, but I was just kinda flabbergasted. The other manager who did come over and do the refund was amazing and she was wonderful. But the food was actually pretty good for a McDonald's. I think everything tasted hot. The fries didn't taste old, and the nuggets looked like they were just coming out of the shorteni... read more
