4 stars cuz I wanna call out the manger working tonight his team is working running around and I see him walking around and just talking and joking NOT HELPing his team!!! I just saw him get soda from the lobby walk pass all the business and walk back to the very back. I guess the office. I know mangers have work themselves but if it is busy shouldn’t they help there team not sit in the back. I wish I got his name before I left but I didn’t. I just know he worked today 8/1/25 and it’s 11:30pm smh
First, I'll say, I love McDonalds but was very disappointed in the store @ 8819 TX Hwy 151, San Antonio, TX. First, there were so many employees just standing around, bumping into each other, no one knew much about anything. My hamburger was very raw and I went to get another one, only to have to wait, meanwhile my fries got cold. They forgot our milkshakes for which I, AGAIN, had to go to the cashier and wait for her to make them for me. And AGAIN, they forgot our apple pies, for which I had to go back to the cashier. Do not come to this location. I just ordered one hot n spicy and they made me park in the curbside. Waited 10 min. Ridiculous This is always a in issue for the location. No matter what you get be prepared to park in the curbside location and wait.
