Always friendly fast and polite
Love the fries!
Manager didnt say please or thank you when talking to us. This might sound petty but it's super basic when you are supposedly trained in customer service. We got 2 napkins for a family of 5 and no ketchup with our order. They mixed up the diet and regular soda. Fries were limp. Employees gave the impression they didn't want be there.
Got my order wrong, told them, took 20 minutes to get a replacement, the guys working back there clearly dont care enough to go anywhere in life. I know its mcdonalds but almost half an hour to get a meal is insane. Still waiting on my fiancés smoothie as I type and our orders were in minutes from each other. Not to mention the receipt had no ink so we had no way to complain about not getting our order.
