Ordered a Carmel Macchiato With extra caramel syrup got none
For half a decade of "giving the the benefit of doubt", this McDonald’s in Pomeroy has shown no interest in improving. Orders are wrong more often than right. When the order is correct, the food is still sloppily made and barely edible. On top of that, the attitude at the window or curbside is consistently poor by a few employees ( a couple of them are great but those are few and far between). Love the sweet tea
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, their service is terrible and always messed up the orders. So much ketchup it was pouring out of the wrapper. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemies
This used to be the best McDonald's in the area. For the past couple years it has just gone down the drain. Seems like every other visit you get wrong orders. Takes forever to get your order . I really don't know why I go back there 😕 .
