I ordered a junior chicken meal, burger is not made properly its too messy lettuse is out of the burger and a morning manager named chequene has poor customer dealing, not happy with the service

I was here a couple weeks ago and I witnessed the most upsetting thing. I saw a man “working” in the kitchen who was clearly a manager of some sort, literally just watching all of these teenagers work their butts off! He was an overweight man with ginger-ish hair. I think this is completely unacceptable as a bystander and I felt the need to say something! These young workers should be respected.
