We stop in to order our breakfast no one greeted us, but did walk past us without any word. We had to use kiosk for order waited several min to pay for order. Then another long wait to receive our order. Cookies were smashed. Will not be stopping again due to the poor service.
So I ordered a Big Mac meal and go to leave and eat a French fries in the car on the way home and it’s cold! So they serve old cold food to their customers and charge $10 for a meal
This McDonalds is the worst operating one in Medina County, I have been going to this McDonald during the week sometimes a couple times a day while I’m traveling through, during the week I’ve have waited up to 24 minutes for a Large coffee, I have waited up to 40 minutes to receive a McDonalds dinner box for the McNuggets to be under cook and fries cold, they staff don’t ever try to come to the counter to see if you need assistance and when you finally receive service your are met with attitudes and disrespect from the emplo... read more
This has to be the worst fast food restaurant out there. SOME of the employees should look into an office job, where they dont deal with people. If you can't read the ticket get a new job the doesn't require reading. Like a bathroom attendant at the closing IX Center that would be perfect. Ive lived in this town for 12 years and not once has this McDonalds gotten an order right. Bring on the robots McDonalds maybe the food, thats so expensive in the first place will be correct.
