Don’t come to this McDonalds if you have any other options. We waiting in drive through line to order for 20mins. Finally got to the box to order keep in mind there was only 3 cars ahead of us, lady sound annoyed when asked a question. Ordered waited another 20-30mins on the food then was asked to pull up I asked how long it would take and all of a sudden our food was ready. Watching them inside move slow as possible with full staff. Fast food isn’t fast anymore!
Food is always fresh but it takes so long to get it, it completely defeats the point of “fast food” Also whatever company policy makes you pull forward even when there is nobody behind you makes zero sense.
Honestly, giving 1 star seems generous. I stopped at this location around 1115 this morning. I ordered one happy meal on the app for curbside pickup. After waiting almost 15 minutes, I gave up and went inside with the other guy in curbside who was also waiting a while. Three employees walked up but didn't offer help. Then one employee was asked if anyone was working and he laughed and said no.
