I wish I could give a negative number not only was the drive thru person was rude and called me wired I go inside to speak to the manager on duty she never once acknowledged me. When I ask for the store number and her name she was not helpful at all and very nonchalant. Never once ask what was my concern. Not coming back here. All I wanted was my coffee
Alex rocks. He has excellent communication skills. He even made us laugh. It was an enjoyable experience even though it was just drive thru. He is a model employee. He brings joy to this evil world with his personality. Keep up the good work.
Only got a frappe but I hate paper straws offer a reusable straw or cups I got half way through my frappe before my straw disintegrated in my cup employees are great though
