It's McDonald's. Nothing spectacular. I went through the drive thru. My fries were fresh but barely cooked. I sent them back. They were then cooked perfectly but left a weird texture (redropped fries). They forgot all of the sauces that I paid for separately (29 cents)/sauce. Each time I sent a young man back he was polite.
Vanessa in the drive through had amazing customer service. 10/10 best McDonald’s experience I think I’ve ever had
I was having an awful day. I lost the custody battle for my children and got evicted. I was in a very low place. That was until I came to this McDonalds and came to the window to get my food. Vanessa was at the window and the service she provided truly parted the clouds and made the sun shine again. She didnt just give me food she gave me hope. To this day I still think about that. So Thank you McDonalds and thank you Vanessa!
