The problem with this location: their managers. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. An individual at the window took our order and told us to park in a spot and wait. After 20 minutes we drove around and spoke to someone else and their manager as our order didn’t come out yet. The manager started screaming at the first person who took our order. Staff here definitely need more training. We ordered a Happy Meal, chose toy, instead of book. But they put a book in the box. Also, they forgot the yogurt. So I went back to change for a toy and ask for the yogurt. The lady said it is just mix, do you want a toy? Then she took the book back, and grabbed a toy. They should follow the client’s order, instead of randomly pick up whatever nearby and put in the box. Otherwise, what’s the point to ask clients to choose toy or book?
