Great customer service guys keep it up
The playground area was dirty. Nobody was cleaning nothing. There was food & drinks spilled where kids crawl & play. Food was overcooked. This location is small & on the corner of a busy intersection. Parking lot was dirty.
I've been to this McDonald's plenty of times and have never experienced what I went through today. It was clean, but the staff was horrible. They were behind on all orders. I did a curbside order, waited 15-20 mins then headed inside to find my order wasn't ready. It took them 45 mins to have my order ready and I had to go inside twice to see if was ready. The second time I went in I had to wait about 15 mins before even being able to get someone's attention while my food sat on the counter next to 2-3 other orders. They wer... read more
