Worst of the worst. Poor service, poor attitudes, poor management and terrible food. Bathrooms are dirty and the woman's sink has no water pressure for the past few months. I do not recommend.
The food is still frozen when they serve it. The people won't wait on you. The want everyone to use the kiosks so they will have more time to be on their phones and socialize. Atmosphere is nonexistent. Might as well order you food from Walmart. At least it will be timely,right order, and the delivers will great you.
This location has been a routine stop as we travel between Albany and Newnan over the past ten years. Stopped here yesterday on 7/13/25 for dinner. Absolute worst experience. We ordered two McCrispy sandwiches at $6.49 a piece. This is $.20 more than our local Chick-fil-A for their original chicken sandwich. No comparison. What we received here were overcooked, tough, chewy and hard to swallow chicken. The buns were flat and burned. No Diet Coke, Dr Pepper and Orange soda. No ice.
