Worst McDonalds I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. I’m not sure why I even waste my time going here anymore They can’t figure out mobile orders and when they were trying to figure it out they took MY phone behind the counters and I couldn’t see what they were doing with. I was told 3 different reasons why my order wasn’t working and when I FINALLY received it, they didn’t even include the whole order. This isn’t the first time they’ve screwed up something of mine that should’ve been super simple
The management was very rude and disrespectful to a worker yelling at her in front of customer, the manager need to be retrain or terminated for that action that should never have happen and I feel sorry for the worker I see her working hard, those are the one who keep the place moving
You guys GOTTA clean your grill, I got my burger with all the scrappings of God knows how long and it smelled disgusting, can't even eat it
get rid of brooke !! she’s the laziest worker i ever seen !! quits taking orders 45 minutes before yall close !! she walks slower takes 15 mins to get two burgers from her . she’s absolutely the worst worker yall have !! fire BROOKE !! and maybe yall have a chance ..
This place can’t ever get an order right or ever have an order hot and they used to have employees that actually understood English.
