Been sitting here almost 20 minutes waiting for my order of 3 items. Went in to use the restroom, no paper towels, gross. Just watched someone else get fed up waiting for their food and demand a refund. One employee is just standing behind the register on her phone. What is up with this mcdonalds?
Just like all McDonald's,they suck
Every time I go here it’s something different I swear. No one ever knows what’s going on like there is no boss or manager and they are constantly messing up my food. Like every time I go I’m just hoping they get it right but the last time was it. I ordered something with my points, the kiosk took the order then they come up to me 4 min later and say they don’t have it and offer me something worth a lot less and won’t give me my 5000 points back. Forget this place.
Terrible customer service.
