Whenever I order fries from here I end up with completely unsalted fries. When I called to complain about this, I was hung up on and my number was blocked. I called again on different number and was able to get a hold of the manager. When I told her my complaint, she told me to "just ask for salt next time" and that "we're only allowed to use so much salt."
Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. I clearly ordered a double burger, but I was given a regular burger instead. When I brought the mistake to the employee’s attention, instead of simply correcting the order and handling the situation professionally, she insisted that I had ordered a regular burger.
