No ice cream. Waiting in the drive through and we were denied the one thing we wanted. You have multiple fryers, multiple grills. So why not multiple ice cream machines?
waited over half an hour for my food to come (it was a mcdouble and a double quarter pounder) and it never came there were people waiting even longer than i was as half the staff just stood around not wanting to make our food
Giving 1 star across the board. I ordered using the app at 9:13. The line was long in the drive thru, did not know that originally when placing the order. Get up to the pick up window finally and they don't have the food ready. I'm told to drive forward and wait. I've got nuggets and 3 burgers. At 9:31 I'm still waiting for food...... I should have gone to Arbys, I was foolish and thought it would be quick using the app.
Stopped here Sunday night and the drive thru was busy so I decided to go inside and order. All I have to mention is to check your order before leaving this location I only had 2 nuggets in a 4 piece box ! and still had to request my sauces for my order due to me having another order of nuggets.
