We placed a mobile app order, went thru drive thru, was asked to pull forward to the yellow pole. We then waited for 19 mins. Why customer after customer drove thru, 7 cars (that we actually counted)!!! We ordered a normal quarter pounder combo, a normal double cheese combo, and 1- regular 6 piece nuggets. That's it!!!! That was freaking itttt. What in the world could possible go wrong with a simple mobile app order.
THIS LOCATION STOLE MY MONEY. I went here on 4/29/2026. I ordered a breakfast meal which was a chicken biscuit sandwich, hash brown, and orange juice. Which all came to 7.46. Well the girl at the window with braids charge my card 19.20, then when I spoke to them and said thats not my order they then said they would refund the 19.20 back to my card which I used. I waited 10 minutes in line while the manager and other workers just looked at me and looked away after moving my order to the register from the kiosk. A young lady with a distasteful attitude finally came over and finished my order. After paying with cash I waited maybe 3 mins for my food thankfully. My drink was a braves slushy but they gave me all blue. After asking for an actual braves slushy, they just threw a lil bit of red on top. At this point I left and wrote my review.
