Nice location
Just terrible service . making everyone's order wrong and then arguing with you when you ask them to fix it. I don't mind being patient to get the order fix but don't argue with me about a no brainer issue. They left the bacon off my bacon egg and cheese. Had the receipts. Then they argue that they didn't forget to add bacon. For reference I'm holding the bacon less sandwich in from of his eyes
I really like this McDonald's. The place was decorated so cute to celebrate the Grinch meal. I love that they even handmade posters with Mr. Grinch on it that had cute sayings. They were very sweet about selling me the last of their Grinch fries...those things are just SO good. Solid McDonald's food, no issues with my order.
Last week I stopped by this location and order 3 of the Grinch meal box. I only received socks in 2 of the boxes. When I got home I attempted to call them several times, and of course no one answered. The next day I returned to McDonald’s and spoke with the manager, she agreed to give me the missing socks, which in fact she LIED, she never returned to the window to say she changed her mind.
