The fries taste like they didn't change the oil or something, and my big Mac was disappointing. I didn't finish either.
The WORST customer service I've ever encountered in my life. The people handling the walk in orders should be fired. Extremely unprofessional, rude, cussing, and calling people slurs. I will never go back here.
I have had two very disappointing experiences at this McDonald’s. A few months ago, I ordered two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches and paid for two, but when I got home, I discovered that they had only given me one. I never, ever leave Google reviews, but the service I received was truly indescribable. You haven’t had the full McDonald’s experience until you’ve been served by Shornali. Shornali went above and beyond for my order. The order was made incorrectly, but she made sure everything was fixed. While I was waiting, we talked, and I never felt more welcome. She truly made me feel like I’m lovin’ it! I would 100% come back just to be served by her. Shornali deserves to be recognized for her incredible customer service.
