I ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese bagels with no breakfast sauce. I got home and they made them with bacon. My online order is correct and the location at 18 and dequindre screwed up. I am very unhappy.
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Everyone is just standing around. You have to wait FOREVER to get anyone to answer or give you your food! Horrible customer service here. Absolutely do not recommend.
How hard is it to get an order right? This location doesn't give you what you order, several things missing from my order. This is the second McDonald's in Troy I won't return to. Service was really crappy. And, the sandwiches were literally thrown together.
Came twice sucked twice never again. Gave it a 3rd sucked again booth a large smoothie and it came out 2/3 of the cup. Happened again. You guys really suck. Next time I’m throwing a tantrum in the drive thru it gets to a point.
