I ordered a Big Mac through the app with no pickles. I went to pick it up and when I got back to work I realized only half the sandwich was made. The entire top half with the exception of the bun was missing. I took it back to have them remake it and they made it the exact same way again. When I brought it to the attention of the front counter girl, she refused to make it correctly for a THIRD TIME, and said we have someone new in the back training. I got through the drive-thru in less than 2 minutes. The staff were polite and friendly. My order came out fresh, hot, and was accurate. I'll be back!
