The workers are all young and have a nasty attitude, the fries are never hot even when it's not a long line. The managers need to be held accountable for their workers. I'll be contacting corporate because this happens too often with no correction. They made us sit for fresh fries which I know they had up already. It's really sad they we spend or money to get treated like trash. I suggest you go to the one near 75 at least they have some decorum.
Absolutely abysmal customer service I don’t know who was on the speaker, but she was very unkind and impatient when I was just trying to place a pick up order on my phone.
Had to wait at in drive thru for over five minutes. I pulled to the window and the employee was on his personal cell phone, and he had and attitude because I pulled up to the window. Mind you I was just sitting at the speaker just silence. I won't be returning
Stopped in for a clean bathroom visit instead of using a gas station. Looks like the main floors haven't been mopped in weeks. The toilet had pee and toilet paper on the floor.
