I went through the drive-thru on my bike and waited almost 5 minutes with no one taking my order. I finally went up to the window, only to be told they don’t take orders from people on bikes. There were no signs or warnings about this. Instead of being helped or given an explanation, I was just ignored until I approached the window myself. All the workers are in the back long waits at counter even the guy with the pony tail just sits in the corner while people are just waiting to order
