I don't know what is going on McDonald's. Having 4 adult kids and grandkids, we have been a customer forever. We are unfortunately, used to waiting for the simplest items and told to move forward so they can meet "time to serve " guidelines. My husband said Enough! When French fries aren't ready and you wait 15 minutes while seeing 10 or more people get through with their orders while waiting, he said no.. I am waiting here and not moving.
