Ive lived in Sterling Heights my whole life (minus a brief 8 months) and Ive always loved this mcdonalds. Its always had solid food, been clean, and had great service. But tonight was literally 15/10, and hit every mark. Its currently 2:14AM while I write this mind you and all this happened 30 minutes ago lol. I had won a free ice cream cone from the Monopoly game but they wouldn’t redeem the game piece. I guess that’s one way to pad the bottom line, not actually redeem winning pieces.
Christina the manager that worked this evening at 6pm helped me when I had difficulty with claiming a free filet fish sandwich on the app using my 4,500 points. She gave me it and I got to keep the points as the system wasn’t working. Christina, THANK YOU so much for your great customer service tonight and making my night so I can eat dinner as I’m in a nursing home recovering from an auto accident! She deserves a big raise 100%!
