Bad service, and manager has disgusting attitude too. Placed mobile order and she claimed it was not paid for, there is no way you can place a mobile order without paying, showed bank transaction and still didn’t give me our food! Acted like I was trying to get it free!! Now I have to report as fraudulent transaction and go through all that inconvenience!
Most of the employees here are kind and helpful. However, with all the "fast food" joints closing their lobbies early now to avoid serving homeless folks, you think they could at least honor what it says on the door. I like when they close 30-45 mins early and try soooo hard not to make eye contact with me as I look through the front door. All I want is a strawberry shake.
The food was hot but took forever to come out
