whoever the blonde girl is with a pony tail, really needs to be taught how to be a nice person. not a nice worker, but a nice person, when i paid the girl was super nice. pretty blush. second window was a blonde rude lady who slammed the window in our face when i said have a good day. no smile, no interaction, literally basically tossed the food in the car and slammed her window. just plain rude and disrespectful.
They almost always get your order wrong and the staff actively ignores people
They have a night manager there that Is extremely rude. They actually told me I couldn't use my coupon I earned for completing a survey because she said I didn't purchase anything on the recept . Mcdonalds fully aware of my transaction , and they offered the option for me to fill out the survey based on my experience& the day of the receipt.
