Order online still waited 15 after getting there total of 30 minutes for cold food made like crap and didn’t get any of my monopoly piece this McDonald’s is trash always has been and continuing to be !!!!!
This location is HORRENDOUS! We waited over 40 mins after pulling over from the drive thru. Finally went inside to see if they forgot about us. Multiple people were inside also waiting. Someone waiting had the wrong order, they had ours , person at counter dumped it all into another bag and gave to us (after it had sat 30mins+). Truly the worst location in existence. The local community should start a protest demanding better service and go viral so corporate can't ignore. As a small town resident we don't get many options. They only remain open because we keep trying, only to be dissapointed. A protest certainly would send a message. This location is bad enough to justify such a spectacle. Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Almost always have to pull over and wait an extra 10-40mins. They rarely get the order correct. Absolutely the worst McDonald's you will ever encounter. Horrible service. You will wait close to an hour and maybe get the right food. It's epically bad every time.
If you want to wait for 40mins+ this location is for you. Manager sits in the back doing absolutely nothing. Employees seem absolutely clueless. Every car in the drive tru has to pull over. Whoever runs this location clearly does not care. Best we can do as customers is to leave reviews and stop going to this location.
