Just stopped by this location with my boys after a hot day at Six Flags. Ordered online to pick up at the counter and I have to say this was probably the best service I ever got at a McDonald’s . Matthew made sure we got everything corrected and that was VERY welcoming and polite. I believe he is one of the managers. Food was also very good ! But the service definitely impressed as unfortunately it doesn’t happen often at fast food places. Thanks Matthew !!!
The manager was very rude to my daughter, multiple times. When the manager gave us our food, our daughter nicely asked about her milkshake and lemonade behind the manager, and she responded, " I KNOW those are your drinks." We weren't given ketchup. When we asked she threw 3 packs of ketchup into our bag for 3 adult. When we got to the table, we realized we needed more than the three napkins she gave us, but when my daughter asked for more the manager said she had already put some in the bag, and did we really need more, in ... read more
