Completely ignored me and didn’t even work on my online order, choosing instead to focus on drive thru orders. Which I would understand if they were slammed, but there was only around 2-3 cars in the drive thru so why did it take like 15 minutes for them to finally work on my coffee and biscuit??
I am so grateful for McDonald's I bring my daughter there and she's very happy and pleased as well as me with your service and time
Juan was outstanding. His speed, professionalism, and kindness needs to be replicated at every McDonald’s. He was working the front computer on may 13th at 11:55AM. Best experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a long time. Give this man a raise please so we can reward this type of worker!!!
