This location is one of the worst but the manager is extremely rude to the point she makes you want to throw your cold fries back at her...my order was wrong and fries were cold with no salt...how this woman still has her job I have no idea...how can a manager be this rude because they didn't get my order right...I thought she was going to have a stroke she was that upset...next time I will call the police because I'm not going to let nobody be talk that nasty to me....
Drive thru only had 2 cars, yet I waited for 25 minutes in curbside for 1 iced coffee. I get off to ask for my coffee and they had gave it away.
Placed a mobile order and asked for a side of breakfast sauce and the order taker named Trey said MAAM you need to place another order to get that
The employees obviously don’t care about the customers or their orders. I have gotten my orders wrong countless times, waited at the menu for 15 minutes while 6 other cars behind me got their orders taken in the other line, and being told to wait at the 3rd window, where the employees(more specifically the night shift) forgot my order and I sat for 20 minutes while they were just sitting on the counter. Do not come to this location at night.
No need to call pre order they still send every single car to curbside line never get ketchup no napkins no thank you just attitude, they will hand you your food without saying a word at the window. Course this place down please!
