Terrible experience. Ordered a happy meal, and 2 spicy Mcchickens. The guy putting together the drinks didn't acknowledge me after 4 tries of getting his attention (I work in customer service, so I politely said, "excuse me,"). The woman putting together the happy meal didn't give me the extra French fries. I didn't get my drink. The burgers were HARD and cold. Customer service was awful, food was terrible, and not worth standing there for 10 minutes. Never coming here ever again
any time I order delivery they ruin my meals. How do you not even cook the burgers ? Ice cold when they arrive and of course the app offers no refunds or help even. will not be ordering ever again. Thats what you all think $20 an hour is worth ? disgrace.
Used to love this McDonald’s but the last few months they have been severely lacking missing whole meals, making people wait over an hour just to cancel orders. It’s really disappointing.
