By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Robin H., the general manager, greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly hello—it was clear right away that he genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about people. He was especially kind to our kids. The food came out almost instantly and was exactly as ordered. His staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the entire visit even better. The worst McDonald's in existence!!!
Now here is a little gem among the fierce competition in the fast food world. In my eyes this particular McDonalds store shows and delivers on what we were taught about what quality, honesty, empathy,and responsibility was meant to be. All with, it seems, little effort. I believe the art of customer service is a dying one if not already dead but I promise you if you visit this store you'll remember at least one person who just plain made you feel good or brought a smile to your face that you won't forget for some time.
