Clara is the worst manager! His customer service skills are horrible and he is very unprofessional. I placed an online order. Said the order didn't show up and I had to refresh the page. The app made me place my order again, they said that order still wasn't showing up. I told them it went through my bank twice!! They gave me half my order and said if I want the rest I'd have to pay a 3rd time. Im never going to McDonald's again. And now I had to go through my bank to get it canceled. they forgot our 4pc nugget small fry and sauces through the drive thru, they didn’t give us our order in the bags very well had to sort through everything when we needed to split it up quick. but yk they gave us extra straws.
This location has the best staff, especially Nicole and Crystal, and a play place. McDonald's as a whole has become overpriced and a bit pretentious, trying to rebrand as fast casual™ instead of a family friendly fast food joint, but this location still feels worth our time.
