Ordered food at 6pm...at 6:15 had to go in search of our food. Employee left our tray by the fries and never went back to get it. I asked for a Quarter Pounder no cheese only ketchup and mustard...received my burger with very little ketchup and no mustard. I'm beginning to think employees making the food can't read.
Bad service. Poor attitude
sign on the door says the lobby is open till 11, 1015 and the lobby is locked. ?!
