Had an issue with the app where it didn't let me pick my curbside lot, spoke with Rhonda 1st, didn't want to help at all, this was a lunchbreak BTW. So I got back in and talk with Norma, fixed the problem with a smile. Thank you, Norma, give this person a promotion! Sure turned my day around.
