If your looking to work here don’t do it don’t answer the phone have on the website that they hiring but there not that’s full of it I came all the way up there just for them to tell me their full please but you all phone number on their just a waste of my time smh they said they’re all full smh
If you mess up an order it's ok take ownership but don't catch an attitude. Thought i fixed my issue at the drive thru as I was missing something. Got that fixed. only to get home to see something else is messed up. It's lovely you are making high sales but make sure customers are actually getting what they ordered.
Placed a mobile order. I waited for 45 minutes in the designated parking while my 1 year old and 2 year old were screaming for fries.The worker that took other customers their food straight ignored me when I tried to get her attention. Never got my food..didnt get my money back. Noone would answer my questions, they acted rude and like I was bothering them by wanting my food or money
