This location on Spring Cypress and the one on Louetta both have outstanding customer service. They make good food! I go to the one on Spring Cypress because it is so much easier to get in and out of. The one on Louetta is very challenging to get out of the parking lot.
Been waiting about a half hour for my food. Yes they were busy but when I asked for the status of my food all I got was "I got a lot of orders" with a bit of attitude. Zero apology. Now I got my order but they gave me medium instead of the large fries I ordered.
They'll have to replace your order and they'll act like you're the problem.
