I went to McDonald’s craving a Hot ‘n Spicy. This location always gives cold food, so I asked twice for it to be made fresh. At the speaker, I mentioned it, and again at the first window, I explained I always get cold food and wanted to make sure it was hot. The cashier barely acknowledged me, just stared and typed. Ordered through the app for drive though pick-up, got my drink fine then they send me to the next window and make me wait for about 20 minutes for what reason I only ordered 11$ worth of things. Then once I get my food it’s an entirely different order. Had to go in and ask them what happened my food was no where to be found and they had to remake all of it very disappointed and will most likely not go back to that location.
