Kiosks are doesnt work. Couldnt do any order in 10 min. And there is no water in the bathroom. This is interesting.
This was the worst experience of my life I pressed the doorbell to get my pickup food and got screamed at by 4 employees. I broke down crying and will never get McDonald’s again.
Absolutely awful experience. Put in a mobile order a half hour before hand, and waited in line for 20+ minutes. FINALLY got up to the front of the “fast food” drive thru, just to be told “sorry we’re closed and can’t take your order. You can cancel it in the app”. This was put in a half hour before hand!! It was paid for, and should have already been made! It’s not like I showed up a half hour after close. I finally made it to the speaker at 11:01. ONE MINUTE AFTER CLOSE?!
