I went through the McDonald’s drive-thru and ordered an ice cream cone. The worker wasn’t wearing gloves, and I could see her hand touching the cone. When I politely asked for a new one, she got visibly upset. She closed the window and started yelling inside, acting very aggressive. I understand the job can be stressful, but that kind of reaction isn’t professional. I just wanted a clean cone.
Love taking the kiddos to go and play.... Clean environment and respectful employees.
We went this morning and bought a few big breakfast with hotcakes and they never seem to get our coffee drinks correct. They always tell us that’s just a McDonalds rule but every other McDonalds they know how to make caramel mochas. Just crazy how they treat customers, rushed us off when we asked for ketchup and told us it was it the bag…..well guess what, NO KETCHUP IN THE BAG!! I’m not one to complain but it gets old!!!!
