I ordered and paid for food at the kiosk about two weeks ago. While waiting, a staff member came out and said they had to refund my order due to a ‘changeover’ or something similar. I left the store, but to this day I have not received any refund. Very disappointed with the lack of follow-up. I got stolen my money.

I am really disappointed with McDonald's and this new kiosk system they have. Absolutely 0% human interaction and they still cant manage to get the orders right. It took several complaints to get the correct order. McDonald's lost me when I had to create my own order at the kiosk and just pray the people behind the wall were attempting to make it correctly. Saving $20 an hour to eliminate counter workers is not worth it.
